What is the difference between a Workshop and a Reality Control?

A Reality Control is a specific energetic practice that lasts 9 days.
In simple terms: workshops teach you the tools; Reality Controls give you a focused practice to work with.
Do I need to take a Grabovoi Workshop before using a Reality Control?
Not necessarily. However, learning the fundamentals of working with Grabovoi Numbers can help you understand the practice more deeply.
How do I choose a Reality Control?
Choose the control according to the intention you would like to work with. For example, Numerana currently offers controls for intuition, neutralizing fear, eliminating limiting beliefs, happiness and other specific intentions.

How long should I use a Reality Control for?
Each Reality Control lasts nine consecutive days. Follow the specific instructions provided with the Reality Control.
